Privacy Policy

XXII Solutions (“we”, “us”) builds and operates digital products, including xxii-solutions.com, shiftd.social, auctions22.com and pcb22.com(together, the “Products”). This policy explains what personal data we process across all Products, why, and what your rights are. By creating an account or logging in to any Product you accept this policy together with our Terms of Service. For anything privacy-related, contact help@xxii-solutions.com.

Account data. When you sign up or log in we process the data needed to operate your account: email address, display name, avatar, and the identifiers provided by the sign-in method you choose (for example a Google account).

Content you create. Anything you actively submit to a Product — posts, photos, comments, RSVPs, vehicle and profile details, listings, saved searches, messages to us — is stored to provide the service you asked for.

Technical data. Like any online service we process IP addresses, browser user-agents, device hints and request logs to deliver the Products, debug problems and protect against abuse.

Usage data. We measure how the Products are used (pages viewed, features used, approximate location derived from IP) via the analytics described below.

User accounts and sign-in across our Products are managed through Logto, an identity platform. When you register or log in, Logto processes your credentials or third-party sign-in (e.g. Google) on our behalf and shares with us the resulting account profile (such as your email, name and avatar). We never see or store your passwords.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the Products are used and to improve them. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes technical identifiers and usage events on our behalf; data may be processed on Google servers outside your country. You can opt out via your browser settings, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or by blocking analytics cookies.

Some features of our Products are powered by large-language-model providers, currently Anthropic (Claude) and Google AI. Where a feature uses AI — for example generated descriptions, summaries, translations or assistants — the content needed for that feature may be transmitted to and processed by these providers to produce the result. We send only what the feature requires, and we do not sell your data to AI providers.

The Products run on Cloudflare’s global infrastructure (hosting, content delivery, storage and security). Technical data such as IP addresses and request metadata is processed there transiently to serve and protect the Products. Email we send (e.g. account or service messages) is delivered through our email hosting provider.

We use cookies that are necessary for the Products to work — session cookies that keep you logged in and functional cookies (for example remembering that you installed an app) — plus the Google Analytics cookies described above. Necessary cookies cannot be switched off; analytics cookies can be blocked without breaking the Products.

We share personal data only with the service providers named in this policy (Logto, Google, Anthropic, Cloudflare, our email provider), strictly to operate the Products. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists or as long as it is needed to provide the Products. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing help@xxii-solutions.com from the address linked to your account — we will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep specific records. Some Products also offer account deletion directly in their settings.

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We may update this policy as the Products evolve. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date; material changes will be flagged in the affected Products.
