Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the digital products built and operated by XXII Solutions, including xxii-solutions.com, shiftd.social, auctions22.com and pcb22.com (together, the “Products”). By accessing a Product, and automatically when you create an account or log in, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Products.

The Products include informational sites and interactive services — for example event discovery and community features on shiftd.social, and vehicle-auction data on auctions22.com. Features may change, be added or be retired at any time as the Products evolve.

Some Products require an account, managed through our identity provider (Logto). You agree to provide accurate information, to keep access to your sign-in method secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

You keep ownership of the content you submit (posts, photos, comments, profiles, listings). By submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, display and distribute that content as needed to operate the Product you submitted it to. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

Content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, harassing or abusive is not allowed. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the Products, attempt to gain unauthorized access to infrastructure or other users’ data, circumvent usage limits or access controls, or use automated means to access the Products in a way that disrupts their availability.

Parts of the Products use AI providers (Anthropic, Google AI) to generate or process content — for example summaries, descriptions or translations. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; it is provided for convenience and does not constitute advice. See the Privacy Policy for how AI processing handles your data.

Some Products display data sourced from third parties (for example vehicle-auction listings). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of third-party data, and unless explicitly stated, we are not a party to any transaction you enter into on the basis of it.

The Products themselves — their design, branding, software and editorial content — are the property of XXII Solutions unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

You may stop using the Products at any time and may request deletion of your account and data by emailing help@xxii-solutions.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the infrastructure, or create legal risk — where reasonable, with prior notice.

The Products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XXII Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may revise these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date. Continued use of the Products — including logging in — after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
